Democratic leadership the democratic leader will be the one to make the final decision, but they will accept and listen to input from the team members. This type leadership also helps employees develop more skills which could someday help them get a promotion.

Leadership style is actually determined by the type of business or industry you are in. There is no one style that is suitable for everyone.
